When will my package ship?

Orders placed before 12:30 PM will ship and process within three days.

What shipping methods do you offer?

  • All of our EU shipments are delivered via GLS. We currently offer the following shipping speeds:

  • Production Time: All our goods are handmade in Prague, Czech Republic. Due the handmade process the production can take from 7 – 14 days depending on the product. Usually shoes can take more time than bags and other accesories.
    * If our production might have delays we will inform you by e-mail.
  • Shipping time : In the Czech Republic 2 days . EU coutries 3 – 5 days.
  • Couriers we use : Europe Union and Czech Republic (GLS )

Shipping fees:

Where do your items ship from?
All online orders ship our atelier in Prague.
Shipping Internationally

  • Can I track my international order?
    Yes. International orders will receive a tracking email. All packages ship international with Ceska Posta ( Czech Post)
  • What are importation fees?
    Importation fees include all landed costs (duty and taxes, brokerage charge) that are associated with shipping our products to your international location.
  • Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
    No, what you paid in checkout will be guaranteed including all transportation costs and any importation fees, such as applicable duty and tax enforced by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country.

Returns

  • What is your returns policy?

All of our products are handmade using natural materials, this means that any of our products cant be exactly the same as another and they might have small imperfections which makes the products more unique and real.

As we use natural materials ( genuine leather ) it might have small imperfections natural in any type of skin, we make the best to choose the correct and nicer material for your order. 

Our products are hand painted with natural pigments and wax this might cause small differences in colors and textures from what you can see in our pictures. We make our best work to match it and send you a beautiful product. 

  • Shoes : Our shoes are designed and made for use in the city. Our shoes are not made for sports, intense use, industrial use, hiking or more recreational activities. The incorrect use of our shoes can cause damage to the shoes and voiding your warranty.
  • Is possible to exchange the shoes if the size is incorrect, in this case the customer will assume the cost of the shipping cost.
  • We can not make any refund if the shoes show any signal of use.

Undamaged goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery to redeem a full discount or replacement. The customer assumes the return shipping cost to our atelier and Fernando Echeverria will assume the replacement item shipping cost. If goods are received defective or incorrect, Fernando Echeverria will pay any shipping costs incurred. Refunds or credit will be processed within a week of receiving returned items. We strongly recommend applying tracking to your shipment.

When will my credit card be credited following a refund?
Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirmation. Credit will be seen on your card in 48 – 72 hours time.

  • How do I send an item back for a refund?

In order to send an item back for a refund, we need to issue you a Return Authorization (RA) before shipping. All items being sent back for refund MUST be accompanied by a Return Authorization number. Please email info@ferech.com to be issued a RA number and be provided with the address of where to ship your return. Please write the RA number on the outside of the box . When your return has been received and processed by us , your refund will be returned to the original form of payment. Refund times may vary, but generally returns are fully processed within 5-10 business days from receipt by the return center. Please allow up to one billing cycle for your refund to post back to your account.

  • What if a product I’ve ordered is subsequently sold at a lower price?

Fernando Echeverria can price match any product sales made from ferech.com within seven days of purchase. If an item has been reduced we will provide partial credit, if requested, for matching item sold up to seven days prior to price reduction.
