All of our products are handmade using natural materials, this means that any of our products cant be exactly the same as another and they might have small imperfections which makes the products more unique and real.
As we use natural materials ( genuine leather ) it might have small imperfections natural in any type of skin, we make the best to choose the correct and nicer material for your order.
Our products are hand painted with natural pigments and wax this might cause small differences in colors and textures from what you can see in our pictures. We make our best work to match it and send you a beautiful product.
Undamaged goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery to redeem a full discount or replacement. The customer assumes the return shipping cost to our atelier and Fernando Echeverria will assume the replacement item shipping cost. If goods are received defective or incorrect, Fernando Echeverria will pay any shipping costs incurred. Refunds or credit will be processed within a week of receiving returned items. We strongly recommend applying tracking to your shipment.

When will my credit card be credited following a refund?
Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirmation. Credit will be seen on your card in 48 – 72 hours time.

In order to send an item back for a refund, we need to issue you a Return Authorization (RA) before shipping. All items being sent back for refund MUST be accompanied by a Return Authorization number. Please email info@ferech.com to be issued a RA number and be provided with the address of where to ship your return. Please write the RA number on the outside of the box . When your return has been received and processed by us , your refund will be returned to the original form of payment. Refund times may vary, but generally returns are fully processed within 5-10 business days from receipt by the return center. Please allow up to one billing cycle for your refund to post back to your account.

Fernando Echeverria can price match any product sales made from ferech.com within seven days of purchase. If an item has been reduced we will provide partial credit, if requested, for matching item sold up to seven days prior to price reduction.
