Shipping method:

• All of our EU shipments are delivered via GLS courier.
• Rest of the World using FedEx.

Production time :

•  All our goods are handmade by one or two people in Prague, Czech Republic.
•  Due the 100%  handmade process the production can take from 7 – 14 days depending on the  complex of your product and processing of other orders before yours.
• * If you  need a priority service, please contact me and it can  be done faster after an extra fee payment *
•  If you need your order for an specific date like a birthday or some special occasion. I suggest to order with more time in advance.

Shipping time :

• Czech Republic and Slovakia : 2 working days
• EU countries 3 – 5  working days
• Rest of the world  7 – 14 working days.
